This little mom is a gem I never thought I'd have the pleasure of owning. She is a linebred granddaughter of the great HV Saltaire Susie. When I first started researching the dexter breed, Susie was one of the first cows to turn up in my search. Seeing pictures of her and hearing her reputation is what sold me on breeding dexters.
I'm very pleased with how Emily has matured. She's a true Irish Gem.

I definitely did not mean for Emily to have a date with the Galloway bull... She's cute, though, and growing fast.
