Coturnix Quail

These are the funnest  birds ever! They are jampacked with character. These Coturnix quail have incredibly fine tender meat with a very delicate flavor. Not gamey, no strong flavors, and best of all, it don't "taste like chicken"! Lol!

They're also very prolific layers. The eggs are also rather unique; they don't have the sulfur smell chicken eggs have when they are hard boiled. They don't have the ducky flavor of duck eggs. And they don't take a hammer to crack like turkey eggs! 

I have 9-15 dozen eggs available at the store each week.
